Recently, HBWC held two public forums to present it's restoration plan to the public. These are the first step in a long process which will, hopefully, restore the wetlands of Huntington Beach all the way from Beach Boulevard on the north to the Santa Ana River on the south. This restoration will provide a vast space where wildlife and habitat can coexist with developed space. It will provide educational, research and ecological benefits to all in Huntington Beach and all of Orange County. |
